Ced Benson to Fight Charges

The former First round draft pick Ced Bensons' troubles have not left him alone. Now the Bears RB has to answer for a nasty arrest stemming from a boating while intoxicated charge. Benson however, states that he wasn't intoxicate and stands that the police were harassing him for no better reason than that they don't like the 1st round bust. Watching from the outside I would have to say that I can believe the fact of police officers abusing a black male ( whom is a millionaire) or falsely arresting a black male ofr their kicks. Only time will tell as to what really happened that day, but Benson has a card. Whether its a trump card or not who knows, but Benson reportedly has a video capture of the incident. Which should shed light on what happened and identify any of the policemens transgressions.
